About Wharton & Cleggs Lane

'Wharton and Cleggs Lane Church and Community Centre', officially formed in 2015, celebrates the amalgamation of two of the oldest churches in Little Hulton - Wharton United Reformed Church and Cleggs Lane Methodist Church. We started the construction of our brand new church in March 2019, and that was completed May 2020. The new building caters not only for the requirements of the church congregation, but also the needs of the local community

Services take place every Sunday morning at 10.45am in the chapel, taken either by our Minister, Rev. Sarah Knebel, or a local preacher. The Junior Church takes place every Sunday, also at 10.45am.
