Come and join in the fun. Our movement to music class is available to anyone wanting to keep mobile, have fun and meet new friends.
We have been established for 4 years and have now progressed into a social group too with the opportunity to attend trips to the theatre and cinema or meet for a coffee.
No previous experience is necessary, no lycra! Just comfortable clothing but a good sense of humour is essential
